Terms and conditions

1. Outstation trips are round trips. Billing is the higher of the minimum 250 km per day or the actual kilometres driven.
2. Kilometres are counted from your pickup point, through your stops (up to 5), and back to the same pickup point. Wherever you choose to be dropped on the return, the fare is counted up to the pickup point. Garage-to-garage distance is never charged.
3. The quote shown at booking is an estimate based on the route. The final fare is based on the actual trip meter.
4. The driver records the opening and closing meter reading on WhatsApp and the customer confirms them.
5. All fares are base fares. GST at 5% is added on the fare. Toll, state tax, parking and night allowance are not subject to GST and are charged at actual.
6. Advance of 25%, 50% or 100% is paid online at booking. The balance and extra charges are payable at the end of the trip. One final GST invoice shows the advance and the balance.
7. Tempo Traveller and Urbania are quoted on a tour basis. Confirmed bookings cannot be cancelled. Support: 9873223338.
