Terms and conditions

1. All fares are base fares. GST at 5% is added on the fare (and night charge). Toll, state tax and parking are not subject to GST and are charged at actual.
2. Package kilometres and hours are counted from your pickup point and back to the same pickup point. Garage-to-garage distance is never charged.
3. Package hours start at the booked pickup time. If the vehicle has reached and the customer is late, the first 15 minutes are free. Time after that is counted as package time.
4. Extra hour charges start immediately after the package hours end.
5. The driver records the opening and closing meter reading on WhatsApp and the customer confirms them. The final fare is based on the actual trip meter.
6. The fare shown at booking is an estimate. If your planned stops take the trip beyond the package kilometres, the extra km is charged at actual at the end of the trip.
7. Advance of 25%, 50% or 100% is paid online at booking. The balance, extra charges, toll and parking are payable at the end of the trip. One final GST invoice shows the advance and the balance.
