What we collect

When you book, we collect your name, mobile number, travel date, number of seats and, for a business invoice, your business name, GSTIN and billing address. Payments are handled by Razorpay; we do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

How we use it

• To confirm your booking and send your invoice, vehicle and driver details and trip reminders on WhatsApp.
• To share your name and number with the assigned driver for pickup coordination and passenger safety.
• To comply with tax and legal requirements, including GST records.

Sharing and security

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers needed to run the service (such as Razorpay and WhatsApp) and when required by law. We keep your data only as long as needed for the service and legal record keeping.
